Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

Record a video while opening your package upon delivery. This video is mandatory for verifying any damage or missing items. -
Check Your Items
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. -
Report Issues Promptly
For any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at helpbluvia@gmail.com. Kindly provide the unboxing video and relevant details so we can assist you promptly.

Final Sale Items
Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping for Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or item, return shipping will be charged at a flat rate of ₹99, which will be deducted from the refund or credited amount.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately for the desired product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 day of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. This period starts when the order is placed and ends 14 days after receipt of goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
